Online PAYMENT POLICIES
For stays less than 91 nights:
a. Upon confirmation of the booking, a 50% deposit is required, and the remaining balance is to be settled thirty (30) days before the guest's arrival.
b. Upon arrival within thirty (30) days, full payment should be made to confirm any booking.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
ALL YEAR ROUND EXCEPT PEAK SEASON (15 December - 15 January)
a. 30+ days before guest’s arrival, → No cancellation fee applied.
b. 30 to 15 days before the guest’s arrival → 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
c. Less than 15 days before the guest’s arrival → 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
11.2. PEAK SEASON ONLY
a. 45+ days before guest’s arrival → No cancellation fee applied.
b. 45 to 30 days before the guest’s arrival → 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
c. Less than 30 days before the guest’s arrival → , a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
11.3. All refunds are subject to an administrative fee and due processing time.
